Tim Tiralosi, D.M.D. - Dentist Lake Mary
Practicing dentistry for more than 30 years, Dr. Tim Tiralosi is committed to surpassing the standards of excellence by continually learning better techniques and innovative dental procedures. Dr. Tiralosi, believes that a personal approach with more one-on-one time with patients is better.
"My philosophy is not to run a high-volume office with a lot of rooms going. My patients see me. They get a lot of my time--not just an assistant’s time."
Dr. Tiralosi, offers a full menu of dental procedures, with an emphasis on what he terms Smile Makeovers, which include fixing the size and color of teeth. He provides patients with mockups of what their smiles could look like, allowing them to make an educated decision on cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Tiralosi practices biological/holistic dentistry. He has been trained in the skills to replace missing or hopeless teeth with ceramic implants. Dr. Tiralosi was trained to do ceramic implants through the world renowned Swiss Bio Health group. He is also trained in using PRF (plasma rich fibrin- the unaltered white blood cells) for dental healing and facial cosmetics as well as using ozone therapy (water and air) to kill bacteria and oxygenate the areas in the blood and tissues. In order to link ones dental problems to their health problems or vice versa, Dr. Tiralosi uses things such as ART (advanced muscle testing) to do so. He was trained in this by the Klinghardt Institute.

Get to know our newest associate and learn more about his background, experience, and passion for serving our patients.
Dr. Jim Meletlidis is excited to be back home in Central Florida and to be part of the team at Tiralosi Dental and Med Spa. A graduate of Nova Southeastern University, Dr. Jim has been practicing dentistry for 20 years, with a particular interest in crown and bridge dentistry. While he takes great pride in providing high-quality dental care, Dr. Jim believes that dentistry is about much more than treating teeth. His greatest priority is developing sincere, long-lasting relationships with his patients and making sure every patient feels comfortable, heard, and cared for.
A Central Florida native, Dr. Jim grew up in Altamonte Springs and Lake Mary before spending many years practicing in the Boston area. He returned to Florida in 2025 and is happy to once again call Central Florida home.
Outside of dentistry, family and soccer are a huge part of Dr. Jim’s life. He is the proud father of a teenage daughter and son, both of whom are high-level travel soccer players. Soccer has been a lifelong passion for Dr. Jim as well. He played Division 1 soccer at UCF, was part of the U.S. National Team pool as a teenager, and also played soccer in Greece during his teenage years.
Dr. Jim is also fluent in Greek and speaks Spanish at an advanced level, allowing him to connect with and care for patients from a variety of backgrounds.
After 20 years in dentistry, Dr. Jim says one of the things that stands out most about joining Tiralosi Dental and Med Spa is the people. “In all my years practicing dentistry, this is the best team I’ve ever had the privilege of working with. Dr. Tiralosi and his wife Lisa are two of the greatest people I’ve met in this profession, and it truly is a privilege to work alongside them.”
